Diary of a Madman
Hungarian Theatre of Cluj, Romania, 2010
I staged this solo production site-specifically in a unique community cultural space. Traces of the room’s former lives and uses still haunt the walls. This was my first international production, created with the wonderful Hungarian-Romanian actor, Gábor Viola.
Adapted by Tom Dugdale, from the short story by Nikolai Gogol
Lighting, Sound, and Original Music: Tom Dugdale
Sets & Costumes: Carmencita Brojboiu
Dramaturgy: Eszter Biro
