Tom Dugdale is a writer, director, and teacher with interests in experimental performance and community engagement. He has created over thirty projects in the U.S. and abroad, especially in Romania, where he has directed many times. Tom is Associate Professor of Theatre, Film, and Media Arts at The Ohio State University and the author of Directing Your Heart Out: Essays for Authenticity, Engagement, and Care in Theatre, published by Methuen Drama/Bloomsbury.
